Our Story

Mount Vernon Gym is one of the few remaining family owned and operated gyms in Texas and has been in business for 25 years! Big-Box gyms can't compete with our small town vibe and hospitality.  We offer a 6,000 square foot, fully equipped facility featuring  BRAND NEW commercial grade PRECOR cardio equipment, strength training circuit machines, over 3 tons of free weights and adjustable benches, fitness classes and private studios, trainers, locker rooms with showers and 24 hour member access so you can work out on your terms!
We pride ourselves on cleanliness and are often told by our guests that we are the cleanest gym they've ever visited!

Dr. Gayle Victory, M.D. (TM) LMT, brings over 36 years of experience to the table. Massage therapy increases blood flow, range of motion & flexibility, reduces inflammation, pain and helps muscles recover from exercise. 

All massages, infrared sauna therapy & O3 therapy sessions are booked by appointment only.
